Advocacy, kindness and compassion guide her practices with children, their families, and individuals, with the goal to empower them to know their worth and strengths. A co-founder of Thriving Souls, Carrie Green shares her words of wisdom and experiences on everything related to ADHD, challenging behaviours and autism.
Tip: With behavioural change it’s important to give ourselves and our kids as many opportunities as possible whilst keeping with our and our kids authenticity.
To give them all the social skills they need whilst listening to them about what they really need. It needs to be individualised and about what works for you and your child.

Originally from London, Kelly Marie Hodgson's Dubai adventure began in 2008 when she was living in Glasgow and sought a change in her life, enticed by the prospect of working as a personal assistant for a property company owner. However, plans changed, and she found herself with just a month to secure a job or return home.
 
After meeting a couple in need of someone to start a modelling agency, and despite having no prior experience, she seized the opportunity and established Sublime Agency before starting her own modelling and promotions firm, Dubai Hostesses (formerly known as Lush Group) in 2009. Kelly's entrepreneurial spirit and quick thinking turned this venture into a remarkable success.
 
She now provides guidance, advice, and support to individuals or entrepreneurs who are starting or running their own businesses.
 
Today’s chat covers everything from her background, the surgery which nearly cost her her life and how she became the extremely the successful businesswoman that she is today, all whilst being a mum to 3 – and soon to be 4 little ones.
