Mr. Marks Moments of the Mind is a positivity and mindfulness podcast designed and created to calm the fears that we all have, especially in the current climate, and to share a little positivity with the world. It is easy to look at the world in a glass half empty sort of way, but when we stop to think, take a moment out of a stressful day, and really look, the world really is a wonderful place. Subscribe and feel a little lighter! 



Today's Episode is Episode 3.

The podcast is built in three sections:

1. Thunks: The learning moment of each podcast, where I ask you a question with no correct answer, it is your chance to send a voice message with your response. 

2. My Moment: This is your chance to share your positive moment from the last week. It could be anything from a birthday, to a game you played in the garden. It could be something you are looking forward to doing at the end of Lockdown. Anything that makes you happy to think about and brings positivity to your life. Hearing about it will bring some to ours! Send us a voice message. 

3. The Meditation Journey: This is a moment (or 10 minutes worth) to focus on you. On your wellbeing and your mindfulness. Take 10 minutes out of a stressful day to centre your mind, and feel positive.
