Absolutely outstanding podcast. David is so articulate, well informed and highly professional. Excellent insight, detailed Villa news and opinion. Unique and perfect blend of outstanding journalism with the cutting and real edge of the Holte End. Outstanding.

I love this pod for the full coverage of on and off the pitch antics of the mighty Villa. But I do sometimes feel like these lads need a happy pill at times, I mean Jesus, some of the moaning and groaning on this show! We’ve literally just had one of the most successful seasons in years, but you can count on this lot to give the glass half empty point of view. I just heard one of the presenters moaning about the fact people are just buying the new Villa shirt just for the Champions League badge…So, do you not want Villa to reach the best of club competitions and climb up the table? Or would you rather us sell less shirts and fight off relegation every season? Could not get my head around that one. Every other Villa pod out there looks at the recent successes of Villa in a much more positive manner than this one in my opinion. That aside, I do pick up the odd bit about Villa I wouldn’t otherwise have known if I didn’t listen to this pod. If you can get past the winging, it’s worth the odd listen.

Love this podcast. Some balanced fan content along with genuine passion. David Michael is able to keep order and deliver a solid and very enjoyable listen. My only criticism is the rigid format that never seems to evolve or change much. I don't see the point in "media muppets". Kinda counter productive in discussion around erroneous news. Like the addition of having other guests from opposing team podcasts to give added perspective. Cheers fellas.

One of the most professional Villa podcasts - covers every aspect of Villa, including off field developments; has a clear structure; and also very good music. I actually like the regular features like Media Muppets, Three Points and the Villa Minute; Emery’s Clipboard was better last season when it was more Villa-related (I don’t care how many goals Wesley or Scott Whoever did or didn’t score…) The flip side of the professionalism is that you do have to wait a long time for episodes to appear on Apple podcasts and there’s no set routine on how when they appear. There are better podcasts if you want a quickish reaction to a big Villa win. It’s also a podcast which tends not to have many outside guests or experts. To further improve, David Michael could do a bit less talking over people (especially poor Chris Budd).
