This is really useful! I feel uncomfortable with silence and often feel the need to fill it or answer for others

There seems to be a really sharp divide between mentoring and coaching. Is a combination of both approaches suitable in some circumstances? I often feel that a combined approach feels right in an educational context. Am I just kidding myself?!

Diana Osagie told our group in the first session. If you are a 'fixer' people will come to you to get fixed. They will soak up all your time and you aren't able to lead because you can't get your head up. Good advice and a nice link to what Alison is saying.
