Finally, some clear, honest, practice fitness advice.

This is a superb podcast. The hosts are knowledgeable and speak from considerable experience. They offer clear and practical advice, that you can immediately apply to your sessions. I listen on the way to the gym, really boosts my motivation for that session. Keep up the good work lads!
