Not bad

This podcast is not bad.

But what I truly love about the app was the way in which I could play my music. There's nothing like having your favourite track.

But it is handy to have the technique tips.

C25K+ any chance of choice of music?

I’ve struggled with C25K as, although I do lots of exercise (Body Combat, spinning, Zumba etc) I hate running! I haven’t learned to love it but, one run (OK - jog!) away from the end, I’m pleased with my progress. I want to try to carry on and have really welcomed the motivational input but, listening to +, can you consider music versions for oldies?! At 68 I’d love something very lively but recognizable to help me keep going!
