Wish you could say ‘no’ more often?

Saying no isn’t always easy. You want to be helpful, you want to be supportive, and you of course don’t want to feel that awkwardness about declining when someone asks something of you. But at what cost?

In this episode we’ll share our own personal experiences with saying no and why we think it’s one of the most empowering - and respectful - things you can do.

Who’s the boss when you work with your partner?

What an honest and transparent conversation between two women who clearly get it! They’re not afraid to listen, empathise, challenge and encourage concepts, emotions and conflicts that so many women feel and struggle with. The speak honestly. They share experiences that so many don’t. I stumbled across this podcast by accident and as a budding entrepreneur, a wife, a mother and more, I need these kinds of honest conversations!

I really love the vibe of this podcast

I just listened to Episode 10: Running a business: Can anyone do it? And it gave me so much value. I felt identified with many of the experiences they shared, as I am starting my entrepreneurial journey while working part time as an engineer. I like a lot the atmosphere of this podcast, you feel part of the discussion of 2 good friends. Can’t wait to hear the next episodes!

Nicole and Kate can relate

Thoroughly enjoyed listening to the first episode! Will definitely tune in every week!
The girls are with me every Sunday morning when I go out for my run. I love listening to them as it’s the only time in the week when I stop and reflect on my life and how I feel. Very inspirational! 😃
