Fantastic podcast!

Being a runner who has recently become Vegan, I’ve been binge listening to this podcast. Fantastic advice on running, food and life. Love it!

Completely lost me...

So I’ve never listened to a vegan podcast and went in search to educate myself somewhat and found ‘The best ways to go vegan’ episode and what a bore

The 1st 10mins were pure waffle with no direction of where it was going, to give it the benefit of the doubt I held on in there until around 20mins then switched off. There was no structure or clear direction of where it was going. If they’d stated the first half hour etc is nonsense then fine, I’d have skipped past but there wasn’t any indication

Whether it turns out to be a great episode or not I’ll never know and that’s fine, I’ll move onto another channel, but I’m not going to waste an hour to find that out

This is the first review of a podcast I’ve ever left and I’m sorry to be so negative but it really needs a stronger intro and what to expect within it otherwise your audience will gloss over and lose interest

Funny and interesting

Great podcast! First one I listen to, I love the variety of choices and the difference between what they eat each day and how they include their family. Listen to in on my morning run and laughed out loud a few times.
