Wow so glad I found this Podcast

Great! I am learning so much about anxiety and symptoms. I thought my understanding was good until I heard more on her from Kelli and her guests. I wish I’d found this ages ago. I’ve started from Episode 1 rather than diving in half way through, so I don’t miss anything important to me.

A big massive thank you!

I don’t often write reviews but you guys deserve one! I stumbled across the pod cast recently and have been listening on my commute ever since. I’ve suffered anxiety for 16 years on and off, it started after I developed an arrhythmia and had an SVT. I was on meds and millions of diagnostic tests for 2 years before having a catheter ablation (twice, the first time they couldn’t locate the bit of the heart that needed scarring). Anyway all that left me with terrible anxiety especially health/heart anxiety despite that fact I had been ‘cured’ physically. I’ve spent years on antidepressants, tried every form of therapy. The most successful I’ve been is now with a combination of yoga, running, mindfulness, and a clean diet (drinking does not agree any more). Your pod cast has helped me so much to feel not like a total loser and it’s all completely normal and ok, I listen on my commute which used to trigger me all the time. Now it’s my time to listen or read or do some mindfulness and and the fear has gone. If I get anxious I feel more empowered to allow it and know it will pass. So thank you for what you do and making me and so many others feel not alone any more high fives all round :) PS your pretty funny too and it’s so good to laugh at it!
