Love love listening to your podcast. Started my journey at the start of 2022 and I’ve came so far, I previously suffered from an eating disorder and health and wellness podcasts have helped me beyond anything. My entire mindset has shifted not just in terms of food but my entire life. I wrote down my goals for the year in Jan and just reviewed them in July and I’ve achieved so so many of them, lots have been goals for years and I’m finally getting there and loving my life. I find your voice so relaxing and you’re always my go to when I go for a walk. I love the structure at the start and the prompt at the end. Would love longer episodes! Lots of love xxx
