    Vinnie Tortorich, is an American businessman, author, podcaster, and health and fitness expert who promotes the 'No Sugar No Grains’ (NSNG) lifestyle, a low-carbohydrate diet way of eating. He was a strength and conditioning coach at Newman School in New Orleans.

    After moving to Los Angeles where he became a "trainer to the stars," Vinnie began a podcast around 2012 called the Angriest Trainer Podcast.
