Just what I need when I need it
I started listening to Biz and Theresa when I was pregnant and am still only on episode 181! They are extraordinary women with an amazing, inclusive, positive point of view on motherhood and have created such a good space for parents all over! I find whenever I am feeling frustrated, sad, anxious or overwhelmed an episode of One Bad Mother makes me realise I am not alone, helps me MUM UP and smile. I'm A Better Person Now
This podcast has made me a better person. Biz and Theresa's theme of not judging other mothers, other parents, and other human beings has transformed my personality in ways I can't describe. It's also made me less judgemental of the person who matters most: myself. Their wisdom nuggets have put so many hardships into perspective. I recommend this podcast to every parent I meet. Ladies, thank you so much. You're doing a great job.
