Great listen for a new meditator

Have been meditating for a few weeks now using a popular app. I have found listening to this podcast the perfect companion to broaden my horizons and learn about different styles and practices. Morgan has a great interview technique allowing guests to talk at their own pace whilst gently guiding the conversation. About 10 episodes in and so far the guests have been great - looking forward to listening to all the others.

Highly recommended for anyone interested in meditation on a deeper level

I really enjoyed this podcast when I stumbled across it. Morgan Dix comes across as a really decent, authentic person who has walked the talk with meditation having lived in an ashram for 15 or something years.

I came to meditation through an interest in Buddhism for the ethics of it, about 14 years ago, and this surge in science based cure your stress mindfulness sometimes feels a bit hollow or lacking to me, although I really love that it's bringing more people into meditation. So this podcast is up there for me with audiodharma and dharmaseed in terms of my 'go to need to listen to something that really expands my mind and helps me along the path a little bit'.

The chatty interview format works fine and I like the interesting range of guests, many of whom seem to be people Morgan has known for years.

When the podcast stopped earlier this year around the time he was about to become a dad I really missed the podcast, checking back every so often - I was delighted to see it back this autumn.

The archives are worth a dig around if you are new to this podcast. I've got some great nuggets of insight from so many of these chats.

Fantastic source of inspiration, information and wisdom!

Morgan's interviews are beautiful sources of practical advice, wisdom and inspiration, useful for beginners and more experienced meditators alike! They have not only helped me deepen my practice, but are uplifiting and calming ways to start the day.
I'm very grateful that such a fantastic resource is available free of charge. Thank you Morgan!
