Open Gym listen, learn and grow!

I love OG, since finding this podcast I haven’t missed and episode. Patrick has curated an excellent podcast that consistently provides insightful and actionable advice. The selection of guests has provided a diverse broad resource for affiliates and boutique gyms a like.
