    This meditation will help you reduce your headaches, by using your breath, the power of visualisation and the Hawaiin H'oponopono technique.

    In this meditation we are using the Mahasirsh mudra. A mudra is a hand position which helps to redirect, increase or release energy. The Mahasirsh mudra is used, amongst other things, to reduce headaches, relax stressed eyes and relieve you from stress and tension in your body and mind.

    Relax and unwind with this concoction of several sleep-inducing techniques including the Esther Gokhal stretchlying technique, a guide visualisation, a breathing sequence and a highly effective method taught to monks during their first year of study.

    For optimal use - exercise your body before going to bed, avoid eating heavy, late night dinners or caffeine after 14:00 and keep your electronically devices away an hour before your sleep time.
