    #4 - Internet trolling amongst the LGBTQ+ community

    In this weeks episode of Our View I discuss internet trolling.

    I am a huge fan of social media, however social media gives individuals an anonymity which leads to nasty and harmful comments being made, especially against marginalised communities such as the LGBTQ+ community.

    #3 - Gender and the non-binary community

    This week I am really excited to share my interview with the amazing Rylee. In this episode we discuss issues faced within the non-binary community.

    Many societies often recognise two genders, male and female. Non-binary is one term people use to describe genders that don’t fall into one of the two categories of male or female.

    Non-binary people aren’t following a new 'millennial' fad – non-binary identities have been recognised for years by cultures and societies around the world.

    So in today’s episode I speak to Rylee to try and help shed more light for people who would like to learn more about the non-binary community.

    #2 - 2009 vs 2019

    The #10yearchallenge is all over social media. Some people are taking the opportunity to show themselves as a geeky teen, while others are discussing more serious issues such as global warming and the extinction of animals.

    In this episode of "Our View" I reflect on my high school days and some of the challenges I faced as a closeted gay teen living in a rural community.

@polarbearqueen ,

Amazing

I really enjoyed listening to this and it’s taught me a lot especially about non binary people. It has also helped me think of a way to come out to my parents as queer by writing a letter. I have not done it yet though. I am very much exited for the next episode. thank you so much XX

Amazing! 5 stars

Brilliant first podcast. I hope it reaches people that are perhaps stuck in how to come out to close relatives and loved ones. I think it’s a really endearing start to your podcast and you will get many followers and topics to discuss. Pansexual is definitely the way forward! Love is love. Thanks for brightening up my train journey and day! And congrats on being so honest, I’m sure it’s made you very happy.
