Pat McGibbon is a former International footballer capped 7 times by Northern Ireland and previously played for Manchester United and Wigan Athletic. Pat now works in coaching good mental health and runs workshops in Northern Ireland where he now lives.
When Pat was 18 years old whilst at Manchester United, he learnt that his older brother Philip had taken his own life. Pat talks about the consequences of that experience and also talks about his time at Manchester United and Wigan Athletic and his work supporting young people managing mental health matters.
