Reassuring and relevant

It's all too easy to feel like a cog in a machine that doesn't care, so to hear the HR professionals on this podcast series talk about the workplace with insight, awareness and compassion is a reassuringly welcome change of pace.

A fresh view on today's workplace.

Brilliant set of podcasts. Educational and relatable. It's refreshing to hear leaders speak about HR matters in a human and approachable manner - without judement or dictatorial undertone. Highly recommend to anyone - whether you're an employee or a leader. Collaborative ideologies expressed seem to be also very transferrable to personal life. Looking forward to giving them a go!

Insightful and entertaining

Great to hear a very human side of HR. Sometimes we can forget that there’s real people behind the systems and processes. This panel are relatable and well informed on how people tick. Looking forward to the next instalments.
