Finally something to make you take ownership of your own health and pain!!
Bravo both! A podcast that is very informative, makes you think about mental and physical health and how one directly impacts the other. I have been a patient of Alexis for years and is nice that he is now sharing so much of what he has taught me. Definitely worth a listen I am looking forward to more.
