This Time of Year

I can totally relate to how you are feeling at the moment. Christmas has never been the same for me since I lost my mum & it’s been 21yrs for me. I have to push myself through it for the sake of my 11yr old son when I would prefer to put my head under the duvet until Dec was over. Anxiety & Depression is a b*****d too.
Thank you so much for sharing a totally honest account of your feelings.
Don’t forgot, we’re all in this together. Much love. xx

Hope it helps

I’m fairly new to Anneli, she seems a thoroughly “good egg”.

The subject matter of the podcasts haven’t all applied to me, but i have learned things. Yes sometimes the music is too loud, and the sound quality of phoning in guests is, well, not quite perfect. But the content is what this is about.

If you’re interested in learning more about MH issues, and maybe what you yourself are experiencing - give it a go. Like me, be amazed that actually (whatever you might think) you aren’t alone.
