    Our Guest: Aaron interviews our guest, Dr. Tamara Rosier. Dr. Tamara is an ADHD coach, and the founder of the ADHD Center in West Michigan. She shares her knowledge and history of ADHD going back to the 1800’s. Ways to cope with the thing that gives you reoccurring anxiety, including emotionally engineering your day. The fact that ADHD people are more susceptible to addiction, because dopamine makes them feel more “normal.” Other topics include ADHD in marriage, supporting kids with ADHD, Convergent and Divergent Thinking, and flight, flight, freeze, and appease.

Layton grew up without TV and became a voracious reader which started his journey into fantasy and later porn. Chelsea brings us to an understanding of how trust is broken with image consumption. The couple shares how healing in a relationship happens as fast as the weaker person heals.

    Our Guest: Natives of Miami, Josh and Charlene share their real-life experiences with alcoholism and substance abuse. Josh also talks about sex and work addiction and trading one addiction for another as part of his recovery in 12-step. Charlene’s journey in recovery includes becoming a certified addiction professional and an IITAP certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT). Josh’s journey includes becoming a sponsor and recovery coach. Together they have created an online intensive program for outpatient recovery treatment.
