Podcast Pray as you go Pray as you go

In a world of shiny apps and subscriptions pray as you go has been my simple and free companion for years. The meditations are considered, the music for stilling good.

It is both a brilliant companion for praying/ meditating as you can where ever you are and it is a source of stillness for busy lives.
It accompanies and does does not direct and fulfills as much a role a recording can as an Ignatian prayer and meditation guide.

I have about 4 or 5 prayer apps as each helps me to develop certain areas of my faith. I have used pray as you go for many years and pray with it daily whenever possible.

Bit too political in the influences behind hymns and scripture interpretation at times, but can be relaxing and helpful at other times.

Not the only Christian resource I use.
