49.1 Bananarama - Snog, Marry or Divorce
Bananas, for Easter? Well, why not!
The PGOACA are back with another Snog, Marry, Divorce episode!
This time, the Pop Gays are focusing on one of the UK's biggest girl groups, Bananarama!
They've recently released their brilliant compilation album, "Glorious - The Ultimate Collection'', so we thought it was the ideal time to jump into their back catalogue of bangers and tell you the songs we'd love to Snog, those we'd Marry and (sad times) those we'd serve Divorce papers on.
We're also joined by guest Pop Gay for this episode, none other than Hot Tub Phill! -

48.1 Shoulda Woulda Coulda... Been A Single
Well hello there all you wonderful people in the world, the PGOACA are back for another fun-filled episode!
Welcome to Part 1 of "Shoulda Woulda Coulda… Been A Single". What that means is this episode is all killer and no filler because we’re shining a light on all those songs that were positively ripe to be single releases, but for one extremely cruel reason or another, were all left to languish and wither away on albums, without being allowed to reach their full potential.
In Part 1 there are 12 song choices that should have been singles, from 4 Pop Gays, plus each of them tell us something they "Shoulda Woulda Coulda" been in life.
Come back soon for Part 2! -

Tim, Jason, Peter, Leigh, Chris and Graham give you two song choices plus an honorable mention each so there are no less than EIGHTEEN songs to talk about and feast your ears on!

45.0 It's Cher, Bitch!
Ho! Hoooo! HOAAAHHH! Cher-ry Christmas!
The Pop Gays are back one last time for 2023 with this, our end-of-year CHER special!
To celebrate the release of Cher's new album "Christmas", Leigh, Tim, Jason and Graham are discussing their favourite Cher bangers, ballads and movies!
There are some good, great (and very very bad) Cher impressions, plus we play voice notes with the song & movie selections from Adam, Cameron, Vince, Phill and Fernando!

Pop chat perfection
Thoroughly enjoyable pop selections discussed by a bunch of people you’d want to go dancing with.
Stopped listening half way through
The Kylie episode was the first one I listened to. I tried to get through the humour but as soon as there were comments about fat people I turned off. Maybe just focus on the content rather than all these quips and offensive comments.
This has made me realise I need new friends…
Only just started listening from the beginning - not sure why it was a suggested podcast… I am merely but a 25 year old man born in the ah-hem… 80’s. The nostalgia, quotes, comedy and albums to go back and listen to is amazing! Keep them coming! I can’t talk about this stuff to my younger friends 😂
