Pumped from the power hour
I’m a new listener to Power Hour. I’m so pleased to have a weekly show to tuck into. Adrienne has a wide range of guests to suit many listeners. She covers topics that we really need to be discussing right now - e.g burnout, energy management and living a fullLife with less. The conversations are packed with info that you can act on as well as food for thought. I’m always stopping to record myself a voice note, so I can capture my learnings.
