Simon Cobb ,

Such an important message

As a community business leader I know how rerwarding it can be, and how people enjoy our success. But its important to be realistic. It's hard, and that can take its toll. This podcast shares the reality, but give so much hope for what is possible when staff (and leader) wellbeing is thought about, catered for, and embraced. Thank you.

We need to talk about this more

Great podcast discussing the reality of life as a comminity business leader - and the need to support the leaders as well as the community. We need to talk about this stuff more - some great stories of trouble, strife but also hope and impact.
