What a great podcast, helps give context to one of the best albums ever made. Simples!
If you listen to only one podcast this year, the Prince Estate series is the one!
These podcasts are created by and with the participation of a bunch of beautiful souls who clearly show their genuine love and deepest respect for Prince. Listening to Andrea Swensson, Lisa Coleman, Susan Rogers etc. is truly enjoyable and uplifting, as well as informative – and the great selection of music occasionally brings tears of joy to my eyes for hearing them in high quality for the first time after craving them for 30-odd years.
A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to Andrea Swensson, I can hardly wait for my next fix. ;)
the Revolution’s bitterness takes centre stage
Please keep the focus on Prince not the band’s standard workplace sounding tensions. It took over the show by the first episode. We love to hear about Prince’s genius and workflow not band struggles. Great music samples though.
