I am really enjoying the podcasts, I have listened to several as I only recently began subscribing. I am not a professional PM, but the principals are very useful for life and my work. I particularly enjoyed the episode with the career coach! Keep it up Cesar and I look forward to the book - which I have preordered.
Why you should listen to this podcast
Being a newbie to project management, I can’t recommend Cesar’s podcast enough. 99 % of all the questions you always wanted to ask, but haven’t had a chance to are covered here - from basics like WBS to more advanced topics. Cesar covers essentials as well as areas relevant to any aspiring PM: Personal productivity, networking, putting yourself out there. Even if you are not directly involved in project management (although I can assure, you probably are), the goldmine of information available here can be easily adopted and employed to any field or career path. In Cesar’s own words: ‘Life is a project and you are the manager’.
