This should be taught in every school

This is a brilliant podcast that has completely changed my mindset around eating. It is full of useful and practical tips and strategies to manage bad habits. For the first time in a long time I feel like I understand why I eat how I eat and I feel in control of my thoughts, feelings and food choices. The advice is relevant not only for emotional eating but also for managing anxiety and stress. I feel like I have found the holy grail. Thank you Paul, you are a life saver.

Amazing

Fantastic podcast, so much sound advice and delivered in a way that’s easy to relate to.
Currently binging the entire lot, trying to catch up to real time and hoping that the podcasts will be back as I don’t think I can cope without Paul’s words of wisdom!! xx

Paul is so relatable

Pauls podcast was recommended to me by a friend who felt she was really benefiting from listening to them. I’m only a couple of episodes in but Paul is so honest and relatable. The way he talks comes across as though he is only talking to me, it’s like he has had a secret camera in my house and knows whats been going on here for the last 10 or so years (ok over 20 😉)
