    Were you scared of things as a kid?  We all were.  Are you still scared of things?  Again, we all are.  But how we handle that fear determines how we live our lives.  How do you know when you need to sit up and pay BIG attention to fear?  I'll also talk about the different kinds of fear.  

    Included in this episode:  my childhood fear of kidnapping, my fears about my kids, and how fear may have kept my son safe at a birthday party when he was 5.

    Have you proudly proclaimed you're a perfectionist?  I used to think it was a good thing to try and be perfect.  Why settle for mediocrity when you could put forth a little more effort and be perfect?  The problem is, of course, none of us are perfect and we can't maintain that standard.  This is me in my closet chatting with you about my flaws and what I do when the perfectionism monster climbs on my back.
