Rachale124 ,

A wealth of information and support!

I absolutely adore this podcast, it’s insightful and so supportive. Having T1D can be lonely at times and when so many people on social media ignore it and make fun out of the highs with little responsibility this group, this podcast reigns it in and just provides so much information and relatable stories to help and allow you to focus on your condition! Highly recommend to anyone however long you’ve had T1D. 😊
