While it is hard to ever define what the perfect job is, what is within your control is your chances of successfully getting a job. Interviewing known business leaders we will learn some of the secrets behind what they look for when hiring at all stages of the recruitment process. In each episode we will unveil these after first finding out a little more about the guests and who they are today. And this knowledge is the reason why their advice is worth it's weight in gold.

This is a fantastic podcast and really insightful for anyone to listen to, regardless of whether you are looking for a new role or not. Fantastic line-up of interviewees with a heap of advice for everyone to take on board. Not only is it insightful, it goes into great detail on individual stories, be it from a large global family run recruitment company (Reed.com) to a satchel company that was started up with only £600 behind it, this podcast takes you on a journey through their personal working stories, giving you the best insight into what they are looking for in a candidate, and what you should also be looking for. Can’t wait to hear the next one.

Just listened to the first podcast, which was excellent. Same great material and points regarding surrounding yourself with talented individuals, investing in people and how to build a successful business. Certainly worth a listen and I’ll be tuning into some of the other episodes.
