This week’s guest is Bryan Gohl. Bryan is a biohacker, avid self-experimenter, wellness expert, yoga teacher, and health coach. He has been interested in health, wellness and exercise for many years. His father first taught him to do push ups and sit ups when he was about 5 years old. A few years after that he began making his own dumbbells out of garden posts and broken bricks. When he turned 15 he was finally allowed to join his local gym and began hitting the weights with fierce commitment! After nearly 12 years of exploring wellness and exercise in all its forms, he settled into vegetarianism for 7 years under the impression that it was indeed the healthiest way to eat. After suffering various degenerative conditions mostly in the form of near constant, debilitating joint pain and serious digestive issues, he finally relented to the fact that his diet may have been playing a role in his failing health. That’s when he discovered the Bulletproof diet and biohacking. Fast forward 4 years and he is healthier and stronger than he has ever been, mostly thanks to a low carb high fat diet and the variety of biohacks that he practices everyday. One of those biohacks is red light therapy. Red light therapy is one of Bryan’s favorite bio hacks with which he’s noticed wonderful benefits. That's why he decided to co-find Red Light Rising, using his passion for sharing the principles of wellness and spreading the word about red light therapy.
