A wide ranging deep dive into cinema's past
At this point it's fairly rare to find a genuinely original take on the movie podcast format, but Rewind Cinema have found a great spin on the genre. By focusing on multiple film releases from a specific year, they manage to take in everything from popcorn classics to Oscar winners to long-forgotten obscurities. Each film receives a thoughtful, intelligent take with plenty of humour along the way. The two hosts have excellent chemistry and the sound quality is professional standard. Definitely worth a subscribe!
Wake in Awesomesauce
Just finished the Wake in Fright episode. What a great show. The hosts are amiable and full of facts and I'm looking forward to going back over earlier episodes.
