Roland Butcher, First Black Cricketer to Represent England

We had the privilege to meet up with Roland Butcher at our London Networking. Having travelled the world and having worked in different environments, Roland has been lucky enough to learn how to deal and accept others that come from different backgrounds to his own as well as break down stigmas that inhibit others from being able to express themselves in their field of choice.
