Relatable with a capital R...
This podcast is honest and down to earth in a very real, very raw way. A mix of humour, honesty, and piss-taking with the occasional running tip thrown in... Probably the marmite of podcasts. This type of authenticity is rare, inspiring, and brilliant.
New to this
This is a fantastic podcast, I’ve just binged on the first 12 episodes and they are really good although the 11th one I think , the one regarding Clare’s Iron man experience nearly had me in tears, I had to skip to the next one just to make sure she was ok. High 5 Clare you are inspirational. Keep up the great work.
Keep on running
Please make sure the podcast isn’t ever actually 15 minutes, would be way too short!! Perfect length as it is now
Loving the format and the content, keep up the good work!
Also, maybe add links/social media handles in the podcast notes for easy access? Too easy to forget them or get them wrong by the time I’m off the tube
