New listener from Manchester England

Hi iam 45 yr old male been running for over 10 years and have enjoyed some good times in events I have competed in.
After some injury problems took couple years to forget about times and just wanted to train and enjoy my running .
Now after a good spell of training iam looking to start back competing around the country doing 10k again but am not sure I can achieve those times I once did.
Iam new to podcast but have found this one particular enjoyable and knowledgeable especially enjoyed show number 4 the 10 rules , as I have been guilty of some of them
Great show

Best source of running motivation.

I listened to two of these podcasts whilst running today and it really helped keep me motivated. It was my first time listening to podcasts running and I will definitely do it again. They also made me laugh a lot as one of the episodes was on gross things runners might have experienced and I can vouch for a for if the different things you discussed. Can’t wait to listen to more!
