Amazing running podcast

Great guests all passionate about running and the impact it has on both their fitness and mental health. Jenny is a great presenter and she has been fortunate to get some amazing guests from athletes to actors and the founder of parkrun himself!. After listening I am always inspired to go out for a run! Thoroughly recommend!

Thank you

I’m playing catch-up with all the podcasts.
I’ve been “running/jogging “, just over 2:5 years and now having completed two half in 5 months this year and a lot of 10 and 5k including 74 Parkrun’s. it’s great to listen too your guests talk about how and why they run, regardless of the distance, i can more or less relate too all their stories , but listening too Paul Sinton-Hewitt was brilliant ,touching and still inspiring to keep on going with running silliness.

Thank you for a wonderful podcast.

Run it out

Omg just listened to Keith Lemon. I laughed from beginning to end. If you’re looking for motivation perhaps not listen to this episode.😂“Just stop, sit on a bench, don’t do it.” It’s a must listen to, just don’t listen to his advice!! 👍🏻
