S1 EP2 | Deborah Ellis, bestselling author and activist

In this episode of A Little Bit of Genius, our students speak with critically-acclaimed author Deborah Ellis, who wrote more than 20 books including the best-selling novel The Breadwinner.

In 2017, The Breadwinner was made into a feature-length animated movie with Executive Producer, Angelina Jolie.

Deborah is also an activist and has made considerable contributions to the improvement of lives of women and children in war-torn countries.
