The Show

(For the full show and host description - see trailer or episode 1's details)

I'm a narrative coach and as such I'm deeply fascinated by stories - especially the stories we tell ourselves which may help us or hinder us in creating the life we want and getting unstuck from tricky or painful situations/experiences. I know that by changing our story we can literally change our lives and part of that is learning how to see obstacles as opportunities - but exactly how do you do that?

Each Monday I'll be sharing inspirational stories from people from all walks of life who's faced a variety of difficulties and obstacles and how they changed those into opportunities for growth, learning and change.

The idea being that these episodes will inspire and motivate you if you're also feeling stuck and struggling.

If you'd like to know more about me or my story, I share bits in episode 1 and am generally an open book on both my website and social media.

Disclaimer

This podcast will be for mature people who don't mind the odd swearing and who won't get triggered by raw stories of hardship.

As I'm talking to people from all walks of life, their belief systems might not match yours, but that's okay, you can still learn something and see life through someone else's perspective.

The Host

Hi! I'm Teri Kansted. I'm a Dane, a counsellor, a psychologist, narrative coach, writer, bibliophile and many other things. I'm a keen collector of stories and I help people examine theirs to see if they're living a life that serves them or hinders them and how to create a narrative that is expansive and beautiful.

There's a number of ways to get to know me better, such as following me on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook, or check out my website, or, if you're a Linkedin lover, say hello. I also offer a FREEBIE on my website, as well as a free personal development group on Facebook.

If you're a fellow coach you can join my Facebook Group: Curious Conversations for Coaches (also on Instagram)

I offer discounted coaching supervision sessions just now until August 2021 and you can find out more HERE
