It’s his belief that these areas can directly affect your efforts towards fulfillment, your ability to achieve your goals, and discovering clarity about, what you want from your life.
In 2006 he became a health and fitness coach, and since that time, he has realised that he has been life coaching people towards achieving what they want out of life. He provides them with the high level of performance and mindset they need to achieve success and/or fulfillment, whatever shape that may take.
He has learned that it is the right mindset that ultimately makes the game-changing difference between personal development and permanent change.
Johnny is the host of ‘LIFE TALK – The Self-Development Podcast’. The theme and narrative of the podcast are that in each episode, Johnny will have a conversation with someone who is both knowledgeable and passionate about a certain topic with the intention of helping the listener or viewer with their self-development.
