Grief can be a very lonely journey on an untrodden emotional path we're not fully prepared for, it's in these times when we need to reach out for support and Karen is one of those people who will sit with you and, your grief.

Karen is a qualified grief counsellor who's passionate about raising awareness around mens mental health, grief & loss and anxiety; She has experienced her own grief after losing her brother.

We have a very open and raw conversation about grief and loss and the impact loss has on us and talk about the importance of having difficult conversations to help people normalise talking about their grief.
