Helena Territt (FCIPD, MA Oxon) is an Ashridge Hult accredited Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker and ADHD Coach. She was recognised in the 2023 Spear’s 500 index as a top recommended performance and life coach for high-net-worth individuals. She is accredited by the EMCC as a Senior Practitioner and is a Fellow of the CIPD. She is founder of Hatched Coaching and Hatched ADHD.

Helena coaches across a range of sectors. She specialises in working with people who are bright,

challenging and think outside the box. Her coaching sessions are positive, purposeful, and not only

support her clients’ specific goals but also restore confidence, clarity, and self-awareness. They both touch upon the strengths these individuals can bring and how they can truly thrive when nurtured in an environment that supports them.
