Now there's a good chance that if you've done any CIPD courses or coaching qualifications you may well have stumbled across a book or two of his; he's written, or co written, around about 80 books on the subject, so I would say quite the authority.
In his own words he’s the last fully active survivor of the pioneers of coaching and mentoring, and also Special Ambassador to the oldest professional association in the field; the EMCC, which he also co-founded.
