Worth listening too 100%. I found Shelby's ticktok by accident just flicking through as I used to always do, 2 weeks ago (#bad habit hey!! 😜).I then downloaded her podcast and have been obsessed since! I listen to her every day! She is so inspiring and motivating and I just love listening and learning! I am already changing my bad habits for good habits and can't wait until they stick to consistently be always improving myself! I am obsessed with Shelby and Sad to Savage! Honestly, Shelby popped up on my TikTok months ago and I’ve watched every video since. Once I learnt about habit stacking (thanks Shelby!) I started listening to the podcasts when I clean the kitchen before bed (1% better!). I love it. I literally look forward to cleaning the kitchen every night so I can listen. So motivating, so positive but also still so manageable and not daunting to start. I have formed so many new habits and my life is in such a better place than it was a few months ago thanks to this podcast and the sad to savage journey. Shelby if you read this- thank you so much!
