This week, we begin a new season of films - it's Ladies First/Night! Our respective partners pick their favourite science fiction film for us to watch starting with, er, Unbreakable. Join us as we discuss what's gone wrong with the decision to watch this film, Alex's secret director's cut of the film, and the many ways this isn't very good.

This week, we watch The Hunger Games, Chris' birthday pick. Long-time listeners may remember us devoting 15 minutes to this way, way back several podcast formats ago, but here we are with a full on SFRS rating treatment. Join us for a long discussion about the problem with siloing off all your manufacturing into distinct districts of a country, and...er...no, it's mostly just moaning about that. I mean have you seen the fishing district? What on earth is going on? Also, a district that just builds nukes? What?
