very informative

I think I've listened to every one of these podcasts now and find them super informative. Shawn brings the best folk in for interviews and is always striving to educate us on every aspect of ultra-running. The science is interesting but so is the real life experiences of runners who are actually out doing the races and can share their good and bad experiences with us all.
