Star Wars: The Last Jedi is a new direction for the franchise. Rian Johnson has opened the floodgates for a new generation of Star Wars fans. Though the film has been universally acclaimed by critics, there are some fans that feel this movie destroyed everything they knew and held dear about Star Wars. It did. But to paraphrase one of the central themes of The Last Jedi, "Not In the way you think".

Vice Principals was an HBO show that flew mostly under the radar. It had a limited two season run, but they made the absolute most of it. From the mind of the man who brought us Eastbound & Down, Danny McBride returned with the craziest story you've ever seen about two high school employees.

After last year's criticism of the "4 part" crossover, The CW went all in and gave us a 4 episode movie... And it was glorious. Some relationship melodrama not withstanding (it's still The CW after all) there was not much downtime to speak of. There was one heartfelt drama that was a standout and hit the feels though. All in all, this event was some of the most satisfying small screen Superhero stuff EVER.

Did Justice League save the DCEU? Wait, Wonder Woman was supposed to do that right? Because there was no way this movie could be lackluster after one good DCEU film right?! right?! Still it wasn't the worst DCEU movie, actually far from it.

Mr. Robot is halfway through its 3rd Season... and it's pretty much the best thing on TV. I don't know how USA network scored this show, but the executives need to be praised for taking the leap. Episode 5 of season 3 was on another level. Sound design, cinematography, performances, the whole 9. In one word, incredible.

Taika Waititi is at the helm of Marvel's funniest and most self-aware film to date.
