"My name is Shani Ashley Francillon and I am a Personal Trainer Certified through the National Council on Strength & Fitness. My journey began at the age of 18 when I realized how much I enjoyed working out but wasn't sure how to delve into the fitness world. I decided to get a Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Science at Hofstra University.
From there, I was hired by one of the top fitness gyms in the nation, Equinox. In addition to that, I interned with Heather Milton and Harry Pino, Exercise Physiologist, at NYU Hospital in New York City. There I was able to take part in research studies based on different exercises and sports. My mission is to help individuals empower themselves through movement and change in mentality.
