Incredible community and resource

I cannot recommend this podcast highly enough. I tore my ACL in a national selection tournament this year and went through a wait of 5 months for reconstruction surgery. Although I'm not a footballer, the journey has transferable lessons and a togetherness for all who go through this. ACL recovery has some real distinctive periods, in the pre-surgery period, early days and progressing at physio, this podcast is a knowing friend. Jordan and the contributors articulate what you might be feeling with such care. By sharing their journeys, you can hear hope and the route to progression. Thank you so much for the podcast, it truly is an awesome resource.

Great companion

I'm from the UK and having torn my right ACL and partly torn my meniscus in January 2016 I am at the point in my rehab where I have been signed off to do pretty much everything, but I know I have a long way to go. Jordan's podcast has been a great companion to me through my workouts and physio these last few months. Hearing stories of double or triple tears is pretty scary. But the determination of these athletes is impalpable and infectious. I'd ask for more general athletes (I like to run long distance and ski) so if you could have people on who maybe aren't pro athletes so they can share their stories? Or other sports not just soccer!!

Great job though! Thanks x
