We had a great episode with our special guest, Tayla, who shared her story and her work with NAMI.  She had some great insights into motherhood and mental health.  We loved having her on!  

We had a lot of fun with this episode, which means it’s the most unhinged. We forgot to hit record on our cameras, we had a guest in the studio who needed help going to the bathroom, and we got a little too excited about Bluey.

We all know an influencer mom or follow our favorite mom on Instagram or Facebook. How have you dealt with mom guilt from influencer moms? Are you being your ”authentic” self on social media, or do you not give a damn?

We’ve had it up to here! We (Amber) had some mom gripes we needed to get off our chests. Our intern, Drew, had some great reactions to our conversations.

We’re back in the studio after a long summer.  Amber is back from maternity leave, and Sydney is back after a busy summer.  Check out our latest ”After Birth” and catch up on their antics from this summer.

Our guest, Shane, guided us to some great tools to help us have hard discussions with our kids.  Sex, puberty, sexuality, where babies come from, racism, etc.
